How
In the app: You → your profile → Delete my account. It asks once more, naming what is about to happen, and then it is done. You do not need this page to do it; this page exists so the way to do it can be found without the app in your hand.
What goes
- Your name, and your age band.
- Every way you sign in: Apple, Google and any passkey.
- Every session, on this phone and any other, at once.
- Your friends, and any friend code you have given out.
- Your claim on your player record, so nothing about you can be shown again.
What stays, and why
- Matches you have played. A leg is the other player’s record too, and a league’s table stands on it — so the result stays, with no name on it and nothing pointing back to you.
- Matches scored on your phone. They were never sent anywhere unless you sent them; delete them from Home if you want them gone as well.
This cannot be undone. Signing in again with the same Apple ID makes a brand new account with nothing in it.
If you cannot use the app
If you have lost the phone you signed in on, or the app will not open, write to us and we will erase the account for you. We will ask you to prove you can sign in, because otherwise anyone could ask for anyone else’s account to be deleted.
